This review is long overdue but honestly highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs. From the staff being super friendly and professional (especially Janie) to the techs knowing exactly what they were doing. There’s not many mechanics in Lawton specialized in Diesel trucks but thankfully we found Redds and were able to take care of our needs!

As someone new to Lawton, finding reliable Mercedes service has been stressful since the nearest dealership is about 1.5 hours away. Before scheduling anything, I specifically called Redd’s Automotive to confirm they had the proper equipment to service my vehicle, since several other shops told me they could not. After the diagnostic, I was initially overwhelmed by the estimate and frustrated because some costs involved ordering parts from the dealership, which had been my original concern. However, the owner personally got on the phone with me and patiently explained the itemized pricing, the difference between recommended vs. required services, and how a full repair shop differs from a basic oil change service. I explained my situation and asked if it would be possible to just complete the oil change for now. Despite the time spent diagnosing and explaining everything, they only charged me for the oil change and treated me with kindness and respect the entire time. Redd's is GO TO mechanic shop for ANY issue with your vehicle. Ive condensed ALL my personal mechanical needs of ALL my vehicles. 2016 town and country, 2009 infinity g37, 2012 ford explorer, 2016 hundai sonata hybrid, 2003 hundai sante fe; ALL worked on perfectly and fixed. BEST pricing and HONESTY. AND the customer communication is unmatched. I'd give them 6 Star's if i Could.

A great experience with a team of consummate professionals! From the moment we entered the establishment, we were warmly greeted by courteous, friendly, and responsible staff. They promptly scheduled a time to inspect our truck, quickly identified the issues, and provided a clear estimate before proceeding with any repairs. Redd’s Automotive completed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price and backed it with a guarantee.
